Soil type: well-drained rocky loam soil to clay

Deciduous hardy shrub aka “Saskatoon” or “Sarviceberry” with a profusion of showy 1 1/4″ white flowers in early spring followed by edible purple berries; birds love this! Has a ‘V’ shaped habit when mature.
